Shortly after completing the checkout process, you will be sent a link to a Google Docs spreadsheet into which you can then start entering your food log. Book a consultation or email me your goals and then our food scientist Julie will frequently review and leave feedback so that you can relax safe in the knowledge that you’re on the right track. We can also work with MyFitnessPal or any app that allows sharing.
